Sarah Brower, BS, RBT
Staff Development Manager | Rooted Since Day One

Sarah is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with more than five years of experience supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful skills while creating positive, supportive experiences for the families and professionals who are part of their journey.

As Evergreen's Staff Development Manager, Sarah provides direct client services while leading employee training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. She is dedicated to supporting team members throughout their careers and helping create a culture where clinicians feel confident, prepared, and empowered to provide exceptional care.

Sarah's professional interests include staff development, mentorship, performance coaching, clinical training, and creating systems that support employee success while maintaining high-quality outcomes for individuals and families. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), further expanding her knowledge and commitment to the field.

When she's not working, Sarah enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places.
