Lyndsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience supporting autistic individuals, their families, and the professionals who serve them. She began her career as a Behavior Technician and, through years of clinical and operational leadership, grew into executive roles overseeing multidisciplinary teams, organizational growth, and the delivery of high-quality services across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Throughout her career, Lyndsey discovered that exceptional care starts long before therapy begins. It starts with listening to families, supporting clinicians, building strong systems, and creating a culture where relationships matter just as much as outcomes. Those experiences ultimately inspired her to found Evergreen Therapeutics.

As Founder & CEO, Lyndsey's vision is simple: build the kind of organization she would want for her own family. One where every child receives truly individualized, evidence-based care, every family feels heard and respected, and every team member is empowered to grow, lead, and make a meaningful difference. She believes that when clinicians are supported, families receive better care—and that philosophy is woven into every part of Evergreen.

As both a BCBA and the mother of a child with a disability, Lyndsey understands the joy, uncertainty, advocacy, and resilience that often accompany a family's journey. She knows firsthand how important it is to have providers who listen before they lead, communicate openly, and see the whole child—not just a diagnosis. That perspective continues to shape Evergreen's commitment to compassionate, family-centered care built on trust, collaboration, and respect.

Lyndsey's professional interests include organizational leadership, innovative models of autism care, clinician development, operational excellence, and expanding access to high-quality services for underserved and rural communities. She is passionate about creating sustainable systems that allow clinicians to spend more time doing what matters most—building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families they serve.

Outside of Evergreen, Lyndsey enjoys planning her family's next adventure, organizing celebrations for friends and loved ones, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband and children.
