Kate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum across home, school, clinic, and community settings. She is passionate about helping individuals develop meaningful skills that promote independence, community engagement, and success in everyday life.

As Evergreen's Chief Clinical Officer, Kate provides leadership and oversight of clinical services, staff development, quality assurance, and evidence-based treatment practices. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of clinical excellence while ensuring every individual receives compassionate, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Kate's professional interests include caregiver collaboration, staff mentorship, clinical training, and developing systems that support sustainable growth and positive outcomes for both families and clinicians.

When she's not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new places, gardening, and crafting.
