Addie is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and eight years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Driven by a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care, she is deeply passionate about connecting families and professionals with the tools, services, and careers they need to build meaningful skills, foster independence, and achieve their unique goals. 

As part of the Evergreen team, Addie champions community growth by connecting families with essential resources and matching passionate professionals with deeply rewarding careers. Her expertise in community outreach, recruitment, and marketing is uniquely informed by her clinical background. Because she knows firsthand what it takes to deliver exceptional care, Addie doesn’t just fill roles; she intentionally connects the right people to make a lasting impact.

Outside of the office, Addie is a major foodie who loves staying active outdoors and spending time with her husband, friends, and her beloved Airedale Terrier.
